Take 1 daily after breakfast / lunch. The earlier in the day the better as it’s mean to suppress appetite.

Do not take more than 1 per day on any of them!

If on the new formula take 3 capsules in the morning or at the same time you take the other. You can start with only taking 1 a day to make your bottle last, however if you have headaches or feel fatigue or nauseous that means you need to take more than 1 and can try 2 and if not 2 then take the recommended 3.

This is to help you maintain potassium while detoxing. You can always eat bananas daily instead of taking moringa.

If you are taking the tablet moringa can only be 1 a day as 3 moringa is not required.
